What Happens to Recycled Bricks

Your waste management plan should take the environment into consideration, which means it should involve as much recycling as possible. You can even recycle bricks, which is how a lot of our homes are made. Watch this video to see what happens to recycled bricks.

Many of today’s bricks were actually created many years ago and used in other applications. If you notice that the bricks that make up your chimney are a mixture of colors—specifically pinks, oranges, and reds—then these bricks might have had a previous life. Bricks have been taken from old schools and factories that were demolished and used in the building of new homes. If you have recycled bricks, remember to maintain them.
